Please handle gently as each brooch is a delicate, handcrafted piece. The fabrics are water resistant to an extent, but the brooches are not meant to be waterproof. We recommend avoiding wearing your brooch in heavy rain.

Fraying is natural, adding dimension and timeless charm to your lovingly handcrafted piece. 

If petals or leaves become flat or bent, a bit of gentle fluffing should coax them back into position. Avoid ironing the fabric.

The brooch pin is positioned in the center of the brooch. To ensure that the brooch sits correctly, gather as much fabric as will comfortably fit through the pin. The pin should easily click into place. You may also use the complimentary MagnaPin to affix your brooch without piercing fabric.

Each brooch arrives pinned on a velvet pillow inside a keepsake box that is the perfect place to keep your flower protected and looking fresh. You can place your pillow and brooch in your jewelry drawer, on your closet shelf or keep them in your gift box.

The pin and signature icon are plated with 14 karat gold and therefore should not provoke metal-related allergies.

MagnaPin is a high-quality, reusable magnetic accessory used as an alternative way to attach a brooch with a pin shaft to fine garments. Use the MagnaPin on fabrics, belts and hats you prefer not to pierce with a pin.

MagnaPin is nickel-plated. The pins are individually packaged and inspected for quality by a quality control supervisor.

The small V-channel on the top of the MagnaPin contains a substance that grips your pin shaft and securely holds your brooch in place.

The first time you use the MagnaPin, you may encounter a slight resistance when inserting your pin shaft through the V-channel on the top of the MagnaPin. Do not worry. Insert the pin shaft into one side of the V-channel, pull it out and insert it through the other end of the V-channel. Once the pin is successfully inserted, it will feel snug when you move the MagnaPin along the pin shaft.

The MagnaPin magnet is powerful and may make a connection with other metal objects. It is suggested that you store your MagnaPin separately from other jewelry. If you like to keep MagnaPins on your favorite brooches, store the brooches separately.

We gladly accept returns of full price items for a refund or exchange within 14 days from time of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and contain all original packaging with tags attached. Items that show visible wear will be rejected and returned to the sender. Visible wear can include dirt, dust, fraying and matting. Hardware must show no scratching or dulling. Please note all return orders will be charged a standard $12 processing fee for domestic online returns.
