As a young girl I was always struck by beautiful wall coverings - from the periwinkle floral wallpaper in my family home’s breakfast nook, to the pale pink upholstered walls of a guest bedroom, to the bamboo shoots that lined the halls of Trader Vic’s on Cosmo Place in San Francisco.

Naturally I was delighted when given the opportunity to have a photoshoot at the newly remodeled de Gournay showroom on Sacramento Street in San Francisco.

Internationally renowned for their hand-painted and embroidered wall coverings and exquisitely detailed loral designs, de Gournay’s showroom was an exemplary backdrop to showcase our beautiful blooms. Panel after panel of resplendent floral and animal motifs brought the outdoors to life indoors. Our own botanical gems shined in their company.
